Product Manager II

• Ratings and reviews always have a negative bias. Customers who had positive experience barely feel motivated to provide feedback. Solving this by designing smart incentives and nudges while balancing cost vs impact.
• For the products with too many reviews, users feel overwhelmed to read all. Solving this problem using LLMs so that customers are able to get a objective summarized view in a easily consumable format.
• Moderating user provided content in real time is tricky as it takes a lot of selection and process context. Currently it is done manually which is costly, error prone and takes a lot of time. Building inhouse capability of doing multimodal content moderation by finetuning open source LLMs - 1000x faster and 150x cost effective.
• Working on multiple generative AI based explorations and prototypes using top reasoning models, STT models, cursor, firebase studio, N8N etc to solve some existing customer problems related to UGC. Hands on experience on prompt tuning, RAG, finetuning smaller models (tinyllama, qwen, llama 3B) for specific usecases and explorations.

• Manging value discovery and commnication charter, where the the goal is to identify values that our customer seek, enable platform to understand and surface that value, and help customer realise the value with minimal cognitive load.
• Increased algorithmic value communication coverage by 5X in 2022 from BBD 2021 by catering 45% of impressions on Flipkart, launched 8 trust markers, conceptualised presale constuct 'Sale Price Live' from discovery perspective.
  Track impact: ₹2100+ Cr topline in FY 22-23.
• Rebuilt usual price concept with sophisticated logics and data models, leading to eardication of scope of fradulent behaviours of sellers and removing the need for manual intervention. Enabled discovery systems to understand usual price as a signal, leading to significant jump in conversion.
  Track impact: ₹76+ Cr bottomline in FY23.
• Other product interventions: Improved either or capability for offer burn saving, validated scope of stable pricing in Indian market to ensure a stable demand in need based categories, unified offers for BGM and grocery surface to reduce cart abandonment.
• Built basket discovery experience to enable customers to build basket seamlessly with minimal effort; thereby enabling them to get better discounts and enabling business to save cost with increase scope of multiple items shipped together.
  Track impact: ₹25+ Cr bottomline in FY24.
